A custom wedding website service prepared by the Ozel Hediye team.

Features Included in the Service: • 3 theme options: Romantic Classic, Modern Elegant, Natural Botanical • 5-chapter love story (Meeting, Proposal, Promise, Engagement, Wedding) • Photo gallery and video support in each chapter • Background music • RSVP form (attendance, dietary preferences, song requests) • Guest book (messages and photos) • Wedding details (venue, date, time, Google Maps, add to calendar) • Day program / Timeline • Dress code section • Extra events (henna night, engagement party, etc.) • Family thank you section (bride and groom side separately) • Gift section (bank details) • QR code and sharing link • 1 year hosting included

Price: 3,999 TL (one-time, VAT included)

Optional Add-on Services: • Custom domain (e.g., ahmetveayse.com): +1,000 TL • Hosting extension: Annual 500 TL

Step 1 - Order and Payment: The customer completes theme selection and payment through the website. All payments are processed through PayTR secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure.

Step 2 - Content Collection: After payment confirmation, our team contacts the customer via WhatsApp. The following information is requested: • Couple names and wedding date • Venue information (name, address, Google Maps link) • 5-chapter story text (80-120 words per chapter is enough, we refine the text) • Photos (for each chapter) • Program flow, dress code, family information (optional)

Step 3 - Preparation and Publication: After all content is confirmed by our team, the wedding website is prepared within 5 business days and published.

Step 4 - Delivery: QR code and site link are sent to the customer. Panel access credentials are also provided.

Delivery Period: Within 5 business days after all content is received

Delivery Method: • QR code + site link (via WhatsApp and email) • Panel access credentials (via email)

Important Notes: • Official holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery period • The delivery period starts after all content is received completely • The period may extend in case of missing information or photos

Before content collection begins: If a cancellation request is made, the full payment amount will be refunded.

After content is received and preparation begins: No refund is made as custom production has started.

Production Errors: Free corrections are made in case of production not matching order details or technical errors. The customer must notify within 7 days of delivery.

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete contact information • Having copyright ownership of the photos sent • Understanding the service scope, pricing, and delivery period • Accepting the cancellation and refund conditions
