Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is made between the following parties:

BUYER: The person specified in the order form (Customer)

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website https://ozel-hediye.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Products and services offered by the SELLER:

Premium Wedding Website Service: • Custom wedding website preparation • 3 theme options (Romantic Classic, Modern Elegant, Natural Botanical) • 5-chapter love story • Photo gallery and video support • RSVP attendance form • Guest book • QR code and sharing link • 1 year hosting

Product features, prices, and delivery times are detailed on the product pages.

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the product features, price, delivery period, and payment method before placing an order, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

Payment Methods: • Credit card / Debit card (PayTR secure payment infrastructure)

After payment is completed, the order is confirmed and taken into the production process.

Wedding Website Service: The wedding website is prepared within 5 business days after all content is received and delivered to the BUYER as QR code + link.

Delivery Period: The delivery period starts after payment confirmation and receipt of all content. Official holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery period.

General Provisions: The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

EXCEPTION FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS: In accordance with Article 15 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation:

"The right of withdrawal cannot be used for services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."

The BUYER acknowledges and undertakes that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after delivery of digital content.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice or notification via a durable data storage medium (email, WhatsApp, etc.) must be made to the SELLER within the 14-day period, and the product must be unused.

Refund Process: After the withdrawal notice reaches us, the product is returned and the payment is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.

If the BUYER believes that the delivered digital product does not meet the ordered specifications or contains a production error, they must notify the SELLER within 7 days from the delivery date.

Free Revision Right: • Production not matching order details • Technical errors • Quality issues

In such cases, the SELLER will reproduce the product free of charge and deliver it to the BUYER.

In the application of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized.

By placing an order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

This agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER and is binding for the parties.
